We think this is the best outing for Christmas
With the whole family and conflict-free guarantee

Christmas. It can already grip many by the throat a bit. My ideal recipe to avoid complicated discussions or years of built-up irritations is to do something together. My father-in-law and his wife take us every year to the world Christmas circus in Carré and afterwards we grab a bitterball in the Amstel Hotel; my ideal way to spend Christmas. But my father-in-law, and even his wife, are no longer here, so Christmas calls for a different ritual. I searched and found. In the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome (easily accessible by car, parking garage nearby) on December 23 and 24 Santa Claus is Coming To Town there will be a musical family show with Frank Lammers in the role of Santa Claus in a heartwarming and humorous ode to Christmas.
I don't know exactly how the story unfolds, but I suspect something with a grumpy Santa Claus, because Frank Lammers and a lot of festive songs that get you in the mood. Willemijn Verkaik will sing Let It Go like only she can (I even think she's better than the American voice) and there will be singing and entertainment from Jelka van Houten, Buddy Vedder, Emma Heesters, Holly Mae Brood, and Soy Kroon, and Nabil Aoulad. It's a matinee performance, so a nice brunch beforehand and then off to the show together. Or finish with a drink and a bitterball. I think I'll go for the latter.
On December 23 and 24 it will be Santa Claus Is Coming To Town . I'm booking now, can check that off the much too long things-to-do-in-december list.
