Harry Styles gets phone thrown in face

Is this going to be a new ‘trend’? I certainly hope not, I must say. Recently, singer Bebe Rexha had a phone thrown in her face during a performance (she needed stitches), and Drake also had one thrown at him once, and now it happened this weekend to Harry Styles during his concert in Vienna.

A video is circulating on Twitter that a fan recorded of the incident. On a different note, how amazing does Harry look again? I love his outfits anyway, but this one in particular is really just a-ma-zing.

The fan films as Harry walks onto the stage, after which he gets an object thrown at his face (at that moment it wasn't immediately clear that it was a phone). You see him in the video reaching for his face while he continues walking.

I can really get angry about this: why on earth would you throw things at someone, especially at an artist for whom you paid a lot of money to see live?! Besides the fact that it's just incredibly dangerous, I find this to be the weirdest way to show that you're a fan of someone. And then you also lose your own phone.

By the way, this is not the first time Harry has been hit on stage: earlier this year, he also got a Skittle thrown in his eye from the audience. Pff… Can we just stick to hugs and flowers? Or just throw nothing and sing along loudly with the songs, like normal fans do.
