Now, I have never been to Curaçao, but I have been to Bonaire a few times, and those places are of course very close to each other. My jaw dropped when reading this story because this also resonates so incredibly well. In Bonaire, I find a peace that I cannot find anywhere else. From the moment the airplane doors open, I completely come back to myself, and all my worries seem to have vanished into thin air.
