Seriously though: if I weren't too old for this program, I might have signed up as well. This is actually the only program where real love is found. Gianni and Eilish are still together, just like Rowena and Donny. Winners Esmee and Job have lasted quite a while together, and we can say the same about winners Joan and Mert. And Joan has now, thanks to her fame on Love Island, found love with The Bachelorette contestant Niek, so I also see that as a merit of Love Island. Okay, you get my point: on Love Island, you can reach the seventh heaven. And it's very sweet if you want to convince me that age really doesn't matter and that I should just participate, because I mean this very literally: they are looking for singles between 20 and 30 years old and I am 33. The fact that I had to show my ID last week when I wanted to buy wine was not considered a good excuse.
