I used to find the dough of the cookies often tastier than when they came out of the oven. I just didn't eat it that often, because I often heard that it would ultimately become one big dough ball in your stomach and would hardly be digestible. No idea if that's really true by the way, but it definitely scared me off.

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH
A homemade ‘cookie dough’ that you can't bake into cookies, but you can eat it just like that. Delicious. And unlike the real thing, it's not unhealthy at all. It's made from cottage cheese and almond flour. Add some vanilla extract, maple syrup, and chocolate. If you want, you can also add protein.
