7 signs your relationship is all set

Finding the right relationship can be quite tricky. You need to find someone you find attractive, whose personality is a good match for yours, whose future plans are somewhat aligned with yours, and it's also helpful if you're both madly in love with each other. Once you've found all that, it's sometimes hard to see why things are actually working so well between you, so I listed for you all the signs that your relationship is absolutely fine. Cue them.

1. You make a lot of eye contact with each other
Having eye contact during a conversation or at small moments in between shows that you care about the other person and are interested in what they have to say. When you make eye contact, you can better focus on each other and make a deeper connection which only enhances your relationship.

2. No is no
No is no and your partner will take that from you. A good partner will respect your boundaries and understand that some things just won't always go the way he or she thought of them. If you have someone in your life who does not accept your boundaries, that is a bad sign and you should ask yourself if this person is right for you.

3. You talk about your needs
It is important that you can talk openly about your needs and desires. Even if you think it might be a bit crazy to express certain needs, always feel safe enough to open the conversation about this because you know your partner will be respectful about it. If your partner is not open to this, that's a bad sign. A healthy relationship is based on communication and mutual understanding.

4. You have a lot of self-knowledge
A partner who knows himself well is often also better able to be open and communicate honestly. If someone takes good care of themselves and their psyche, it is a sign that they take themselves seriously and know what they want. This, in turn, ensures that he also takes you seriously, which is one of the most important things in a relationship, if you ask me.

5. You feel loved even when you are not together
If your partner continues to show interest in you even when you are not together, that is a good sign. It shows that your partner appreciates you and that you are important to them. Is your partner not so good at this? Work out for yourself how you want to receive that little extra love and communicate that to your partner. If all goes well, he or she will definitely take this into account in the future.

6. You have long-term plans with each other
A partner who looks further ahead than just the next date is someone who is serious about your relationship. This doesn't necessarily mean planning the wedding right away, but it does show that your partner and you are willing to invest in your future.

7. Your relationship goes beyond physical
If (much to your frustration) only attention is paid to the physical aspects of the relationship, it could be a sign that the other person is not interested in who you are as a person. A good partner is genuinely curious about you as a person, really wants to get to know you and will make this clear.
