This is where the new season of White Lotus will take place

I discovered the series The White Lotus fairly late; I believe I only watched the first two seasons three months ago. And that while everyone around me had been raving about it for months. I can't count how many times I've heard ‘that I really need to start watching’... I can't even count it on two hands. Not even on four, by the way. But it must be said: everyone was absolutely right, because The White Lotus is amazing.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I actually like the first season more than the second. That probably has to do with the fact that I really want to go to Hawaii, so just that setting was a party to watch. And if you've seen The White Lotus too, then you know that the setting, the hotel, is actually one of the main characters. That's why there was already a lot of speculation about where the third season would take place, and it seems we now have an answer to that.

Variety has spoken to several sources who have reportedly confirmed that Thailand will be the next destination. That surprised me, because there were initially persistent rumors that it would be Japan. But no: The Four Seasons in Thailand will be featured in the series. There are also several options within that, as this hotel has locations in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, and the Golden Triangle.

My personal preference goes to Koh Samui; how amazing does that look, I mean. The chance that I can ever afford an all-inclusive vacation there is very medium, so I'll just dream away with the new season of The White Lotus. I'm absolutely fine with that.
