With the first rays of sunshine (and the hour forward, that always helps) I immediately crave rosé. In my opinion, that is the ultimate spring and summer drink, and since it is officially spring, I have a non-stop craving for rosé. However, I am a bit picky about it, because I prefer to drink only AIX. I find that dangerously delicious, so this tip is a very sincere one from me, but at the same time also a very tricky one.

You can now celebrate spring at Sofitel Legend The Grand in Amsterdam, where they will have a Grand AIXperience until June 21 (until summer begins). Compliments for this pun anyway, but especially compliments for the amazing menu. For 99 euros, you get a bottle of AIX with various bites, and that bottle is of course poured into the specially developed rosé glasses: the Riedel Veloce Rosé. I happened to see them already and they are really beautiful, so I naturally want to have them at home now.

Not only have I seen the glasses, but I have also tasted the new Maison Saint AIX. Their AIX Rosé 2022 was poured at our office, so the entire Amayzine editorial team could give their verdict on the new rosé.
