5 Tips for exercising responsibly in the summer

And although you have undoubtedly been working on that summer body during the colder months, summer is the perfect season to be active outdoors and pursue your fitness goals. However, there are a few things to watch out for to prevent overheating, dehydration, and other health issues. Check them out below!

Drinking enough water is not just a beauty secret of countless celebrities. It is essential to drink enough water, especially when exercising in the heat. Dehydration can occur quickly, leading to fatigue, dizziness, and more serious health problems, such as an irregular heartbeat. Therefore, take a reusable water bottle with you during your workout and drink at least 2 liters a day. 2. Choose the right time to exercise

Try to avoid heavy exertion during the hottest hours of the day. Exercising early in the morning or later in the evening is often cooler and more pleasant.
