6 luxury things in life you don't need a euro for

The best things in life cost you, well, nothing. Of course a Chanel bag is beautiful and of course a nice car under your bottom is quite nice and so is a big house, but they don't make you happy in the end. A little happy maybe, but that happy feeling ebbs away faster than you think.
They call this in psychology hedonic adaptation. In psychology, the phenomenon whereby the feeling of happiness from something new quickly wears off is often referred to as hedonic adaptation (or hedonic adjustment).
However, these 6 luxury things cost you nothing, and they will make your life much, much better:
- time
- health
- peace of mind
- mornings when you can start relaxed
- have the ability to travel
- a house filled with love
Having time to do things with the people you love most is worth everything. Make good use of your time. In my book on maternal happiness, Happy Mom, for which I did years of scientific research, I wrote about the balls. You have about 500,000 waking hours in your life. If every hour you saw a ball leave that huge bin full of balls, would you be more conscious of your time? Remember that your health is most important; take good care of your body. And if you can travel and you have the means to do so (well, this one does cost some money), do it. Always. Seeing the world is never a waste of your money. And enjoy the calmness in your mind and that you have no stress. Start your day calmly and cherish your home full of love.
