By doing this one household task every day, you'll feel much better

Look, the best thing to do is to clean your entire house from top to bottom, declutter your cabinets, and donate everything your children no longer play with and what you no longer wear to charity. But yes, time. We are always busy. Or tired. Or both. And then household chores can sometimes fall by the wayside.
Well, we have an ultimate and super easy trick.
You only need to do one minute of something in the house for a better feeling. And we are talking about making your bed. Straightening the sheets, fluffing your duvet, and neatly tucking all the corners in. Then just shake and straighten the pillows, maybe add your decorative cushions, and you're done. It took you little time, right? Yet your bedroom looks a thousand times neater and you feel mentally much better from this simple action. Here's the thing: fixing something small in the morning gives you a better feeling about yourself. It makes you think you can handle a lot. By completing a simple task before you leave the house, you get a happy vibe in your brain. Your mindset changes. You think: I can finish things. I can take good care of my home. I am caring, organized, focused, smart, and effective. Although this is manageable, just making your bed, and it doesn't help if the rest of your bedroom is a huge mess. Okay. Fair enough. But remember: it's a start. And for good habits, you always have to start somewhere. So just start by straightening your bed.
I do it every day and it honestly looks fresh and clean. It also immediately motivates me to tidy up a bit more or to get to work productively. Just try it. You'll see that you feel better about yourself. We humans are so easy to manipulate, aren't we? You just have to know how.
