The perfume of the moment

By

Every perfume tries to tell a story and create an atmosphere, but few capture a lifestyle as well as Chloé with its Nomade line. The Chloé Nomade woman is the global citizen, the social butterfly who only needs her laptop, her passport, and of course her signature scent. She feels at home everywhere and adapts to any situation. Moreover, she will leave a memory everywhere she goes, through who she is and her mysterious fragrance.

The name, the scent

The founder of Chloé, Gaby Aghion, once said that her favorite colors come from her homeland Egypt. The soft sand color, the old pink, the desert sand-like off-white. A Nomade fragrance named Nuit D’Égypte fits perfectly within this line. The perfumer, Juliette Karagueuzoglou, captured the Egyptian night by pairing myrrh, cinnamon, and ginger with orange blossom, heather, and kyphi, a mixture of incense that priests in ancient Egypt used as an offering to the god Ra. All of this rests on a base of vanilla, opoponax (gum myrrh), and cypriol.

As we expect from Chloé, the scent is unique without being too pronounced. Everyone will find it pleasant, and you will be noticed everywhere by how you smell.

Then of course the bottle

The fun thing about the Nomade fragrances is that the bottle is inspired by Chloé's Drew Bag. ‘Details matter’ is often said, and for me, that is in the ribbon tied around the bottle. In this case, a deep dark blue was chosen that best approximates the color of the Egyptian night.

The fragrance has just been released. It is your ideal companion for adventures, special encounters, and hopefully long, sultry nights.
