I heard it buzzing and humming in beautyland. Everyone was talking about the foundation stick from Dior. When I heard it for the seventeenth time, I had to try it too. So off I went. I ordered the Dior Forever Skin Perfect foundation, because that’s what ‘that stick’ is officially called. And I chose the color 2N Neutral. I had in Italy coincidentally already bought the concealer from the same line from Dior and was very satisfied with it for various reasons (lovely glass bottle, consists of natural ingredients, lasts 24 hours and hydrates). So I had great confidence in the matching foundation.

Anyway, the stick looks beautiful, with the Dior canache pattern incorporated into the packaging. We love that. The stick is sturdy, but the texture is creamy when you apply it. A stripe on the cheeks, the forehead, and the chin, and then blend it out with a brush. And what everyone said was not an inflated TikTok hype. This was simply the truth. It’s a rare beautiful, exactly-what-you-want kind of foundation. It covers, mattifies, and conceals where needed, but you don’t look like a real-life version of seven filters.
