Because honestly guys, he wasn't arrested for murder or anything. He was picked up for DWI, driving while intoxicated, while he was driving from a restaurant in The Hamptons to a friend's house. Still incredibly stupid and ultimately life-threatening, because you could hurt someone.
At this moment, Justin is still at the police station waiting for further investigation. He was dining at The American Hotel, a typical Hampton hotel with a white wooden veranda on the outside. You immediately feel like you're on the set of The Affair.
