Next to the treadmill, this is the surprisingly best machine in the gym

If you want to get a fitter body and feel better in your skin, you can certainly try visiting the gym. Maybe not your favorite place on earth, but yes, health above all. And if you’re going anyway… Which machine does the most for you? Which one gets you the fittest?
Not the answer you were hoping for, I guess: the treadmill. Cardio and running are just really good for you to lose weight, get fitter, and feel better. With half an hour of running at a moderate pace, you burn about 300-350 calories. But yeah, not really fun. I hate running, so I always choose another machine that comes pretty close to the treadmill: the cross trainer. In just half an hour, you burn about 260-320 calories. The nice thing about this machine is that it is less stressful on the joints compared to running. It works for both the upper and lower body and is suitable for people with different fitness levels; great to start with. Using a cross trainer can help improve cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, and strengthen the muscles in the legs, arms, and core.
And if you don’t like that, using the cross trainer with your arms and legs at the same time, try rowing. Studies show that rowing is an efficient way to burn fat, improve the cardiovascular system, and increase overall muscle strength and endurance. At a moderate pace, you burn about 280-340 calories in half an hour. Definitely worth it too.
Well, now you just have to get going. It starts with motivation, right?
