All celebs are captivated by this perfume

It also works as an aphrodisiac

Ask any random celebrity, influencer, content creator or whatever about which perfume they wear, and there is a 90% chance their answer will be: Molecule. Or they wear a certain perfume and complement it with a spritz of ‘Molecule’. Molecule is the nickname of a perfume that Escentric Molecules is called. A very special perfume that consists of just one molecule. This scent molecule is also used in other perfumes, but here it forms the entire fragrance. That's why it smells so incredibly clean and pure, and that's why it ‘blends’ so easily with another perfume.

The perfume of the celebs

I often wear Teint de Neige by Lorenzo Villoresi, which is quite a sweet and powdery perfume. If I spray Escentric Molecule over it, it becomes a bit fresher.
Everyone is talking about ‘Molecule’, but in reality, there are different versions of Escentric Molecules to choose from. There are five versions of Escentric Molecules, each featuring a single scent molecule in the lead role (and the only role). You can see which scent molecule suits you best and which one you like the most. Additionally, there is the Molecules + line, where an extra ingredient has been added alongside the single molecule. Each note must be natural, as only natural ingredients can blend together in a new scent choreography.

The perfume as art

The brain behind this perfume is Geza Schoen, whose work is compared to art. Vogue praised his Molecules collection as follows: “This is no commercial blend. It’s not even a perfume. It’s just a clinical dose of a single aroma-chemical with a name as long as some distant galaxy.”

What I also find delightful and delicious at the same time is this explanation. If someone has the guts to say that a molecule from a perfume is so simple that anyone could have thought of it, this is the best answer. Malevich also painted a black square. And yes, anyone can do that too, but only Kazimir Malevich decided to do it. So.

I think that Escentric Molecules it has something subtle, elusive. Some experience it as an aphrodisiac. In any case, the first person who doesn't like it still has to be born. It is so subtle and fine that it simply cannot be off-putting. Also an ideal perfume when you have a profession where you don't want to overshadow others, such as in nursing or hospitality.

Try Escentric Molecules

Do you want to know which Escentric Molecules suit you best? There are delicious sample sets available at Skins and The Beehive, where you buy tubes of 5 x 8.5 ml and can try all the basic Escentric Molecules. It may also be that you like one version for summer (there is one, Escentric 02, that I find divine and that hints at Gin-Tonic) and another suits better for autumn.

In any case, when it comes to perfume, you immediately belong to the cool crowd, and I would like to receive a euro for everyone who will ask you which perfume you are wearing.
