In the past, Miley Cyrus would sometimes push a cornbread muffin through mashed potatoes with her godmother Dolly Parton, but those days are over. Miley Cyrus has been living for years according to a strict regime that concerns both what goes into her mouth and what calories are burned. With results, because the body that emerged from under the rather minimal dress looked like that of an Olympic athlete.

1. From vegan to fish
A few years ago, Miley swore off fish and meat completely, until she became a bit fuzzy in the head and needed fish oil. Her diet has since expanded to include fish.
2. Not a drop
Miley Cyrus's family has a complicated relationship with alcohol, a danger that also lurks for her. In 2020, she tossed the last bottle into the glass recycling and showed her friends that she could also be fun and enjoyable without alcohol. Her biggest lesson? That a relapse now and then is not insurmountable. During Covid, she cautiously took a sip again, but she could also easily stop again.
3. Move, move, move
Miley does Ashtanga yoga every day, focusing on movement and breathing. She also walks every day and kayaking is one of her favorite activities.
Her favorite restaurant, Gracias Madre in Los Angeles, is also one of the places I really want to return to.
