This is the best beach club in Capri

A few years ago, I went to Capri with Danie Bles, and when you're out with Danie, you know you're going to the most beautiful places. She will research everything from front to back to find the best of the best. I remember thinking my room was close to the pool until I found out it was my private pool. Just to illustrate how delightful it all was. But Danie also got married in Capri and knows the island like her Chanel bag. The beach club where we went for lunch is at the top of my list of places I want to return to, and that is: Il Riccio.

You could see Il Riccio as the Italian version of Le Club 55. The feeling of barefoot luxury, not stiff, with characteristic waiters, large platters full of fresh fish, all in the most photogenic blue and white. It is located near the Grotta Azzurra, the famous cave with the most beautiful blue water that you can only reach from a four-meter hole via the sea. Il Riccio has a chic terrace with a zigzagging staircase down to the water. Of course, you might spot some VIPs there.
