Shall we talk about Elon Musk for a moment?
Did you know he used to be a cleaner?

Open a newspaper or click on a news site and you see two men; Donald Trump and Elon Musk. The bromance between these two is moving faster than Max Verstappen on the Zandvoort circuit (that’s where he drove the fastest ever) and Elon is the man of the hour.
Elon is everywhere and sure we know a lot -that he has many children with quite special names- but there is also a lot less known. Like his love for hotdogs and oranges and that he had a side job as a cleaner? So here’s Elon in seven facts you probably didn’t know.
1. Elon Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. His father, Errol Musk, is a South African engineer, and his mother, Maye Musk, is a Canadian model and dietitian. By the way, his father has two daughters with his stepdaughter. So that’s not with Elon’s stepdaughter, but with his own stepdaughter.
2. During his youth, Elon already showed a strong interest in technology and computers; at the age of 12, he learned to program and sold his first homemade video game called “Blastar.”.
3. At the age of 17, Musk moved to Canada and enrolled at Queen’s University in Ontario. During his studies, he had various side jobs, including cleaning boiler rooms in a wood factory and working on a farm. These experiences helped him finance his studies and gave him insight into hard work.
4. Although not much is known about Musk’s specific culinary preferences, he has indicated in interviews that during the startup phase of his companies, he often lived on quick and easy meals, such as hotdogs and oranges.
5. Elon Musk has ten children. With his first wife, Justine Wilson, he has five sons: a set of twins and a set of triplets, so that adds up nicely. With his former partner, the musician Grimes, he has two children: a son named X Æ A-12 and a daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl. Additionally, he has three more children with Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink.
6. Musk is known for his intense work schedules, often working up to 100 hours a week. Nevertheless, he tries to make time for physical activities. He has shown interest in martial arts such as taekwondo and karate and has also said that he occasionally plays video games to relax.
7. The relationship between Elon Musk and Donald Trump is complex and has evolved over the years. In 2016, Musk expressed doubts about Trump’s suitability for the presidency. However, after Trump’s election, Musk joined several advisory councils of the White House, leading to a professional relationship. In recent years, Musk has become a prominent supporter of Trump, using his platform X (formerly Twitter) to promote pro-Trump content. This alliance has led to speculation about the influence Musk could exert in a future Trump administration.
