1. She works out every day
Or well – almost every day. Miss Kardashian can be found in the gym six days a week. And not just to take a quick stroll; this girl is working out hard for two hours every day. Under the guidance of her trainer, she does a whole lot of strength training.

2. Kim does a lot of weightlifting
Now it's not that Kim is some kind of bodybuilder with meter-high muscles where you can see all the veins, but she does do a lot of weightlifting. She does this to maintain a lot of muscle definition. (or to be toned). How much she does exactly, she didn't mention in the podcast episode of SHE MD, but she is a ‘big weightlifter’ who does ‘lots of weights’, so they probably aren't just two-kilo weights. And have you seen those muscles? You really don't get those from training a few times. Kim is a real pro.
3. A lower body workout every few days
Well, you have to do something to maintain a six-pack. Kim makes sure to train her lower body a few times a week. Do you want to do her exact routine? Then you're in luck, because her trainer posted this ‘lower body day’ almost two years ago. Just go to the gym and try those machines out. It can't hurt, right?
4. Kim always has just one focus per day
This 45-year-old is not into multitasking. She prefers to focus on one part of her body per workout. This way, she can give all her attention to, for example, her abs and train her legs the next day.

5. Whatever she does: Kim goes stretching
You can't look like that if you don't stretch. That may sound strange, but stretching is one of the biggest secrets behind a good workout. Those muscles need to warm up. Running a marathon without training really doesn't work. So yep: a three-hour spin class is really not going to happen if you never get off the couch. You need to ease into it and therefore stretch.
6. She is Pilates obsessed
“I love Pilates. If I don't do Pilates at least once a week, I can feel it in my back right away,” she told in September to VOGUE. That stretching has helped Kim immensely to reduce her back problems. This Kardashian is therefore a real Pilates queen. Now you have another reason to do this sport.
