Martini Bianco Spritz, the summer drink of 2025

So. You've finished that huge to-do list and now you want just one thing: a terrace and a Martini Bianco Spritz in hand. The past few days you were busy with waxing, manicure, setting your out of office, saying goodbye to your grandma four times, and arranging a sitter for your cat, and now you just want one thing; to sit on the terrace with a summer drink in your hand.
Why the Martini Bianco Spritz is the summer drink of 2025
And that drink must meet several requirements. It should give you instant summer vibes, so bring on the ice bucket, because lots of ice cubes just immediately give a spoiled and what-have-I-earned-this-feeling. Furthermore, we want decoration, so mint leaves, lemon slices, that kind of thing, a large glass (those ice cubes need to be able to dance) and a mixed drink (you want to see that handsome barboy work) that is consistent in quality and nice and fresh to drink. Well, roll out the red carpet for the Martini Bianco Spritz.

Instant Italy
Just by saying the name, you're already on the Campo dei Fiori in Rome or on the terrace of La Sirenuse on the Amalfi Coast. And rightly so, because the spritz has its origins in Italy. They, the Italians, are very good at two things. Dolce far niente – so doing nothing peacefully – and carpe diem – seizing the day. And those two come together perfectly during the aperitivo moment, which is really a lifestyle in Italy. As the end of the afternoon approaches, the pop of the cork from the prosecco bottle or the waltz of ice cubes in a large glass is the soft starting signal for my favorite moment of the day. You come together, order something festive, snacks are laid out on the bar, napkins are placed under the saucers, shaken with cocktail shakers, and decorations are applied to glasses. The spritz is a favorite in Italy. It is fresh, festive, and consistently of quality.
The drink of the day: Martini Bianco Spritz
Until the drink of 2025 was unanimously chosen as the Martini Bianco Spritz. One part white Martini, one part prosecco, diluted with aqua frizzante (or sparkling water), a lot of ice, and to taste a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon. The drink was only introduced in Amsterdam, where hip and stylish Amsterdam first said cin cin and then was very happy and satisfied.
Want to make it yourself? Here's how: 1 part Martini Bianco, 1 part prosecco & sparkling water. Serve over plenty of ice cubes, garnish with a sprig of mint, lemon slice, and strawberry slices.”

Jonathan Bailey drinks Martini Bianco Spritz
One of the famous fans of this spritz is Jonathan Bailey – you know, that nice actor from Bridgerton. “Spontaneous moments turn out to be the most unforgettable,” says the actor. And those moments usually arise during cocktail hour.
Bonus: a new bottle
Martini Bianco has a new bottle that, just like the contents, is particularly well done. Easy to take with you in your beach bag or on the boat. Stylish, sleek, and – not unimportant – very Instagram-worthy. After all, it's always aperitivo time somewhere in the world.
