The nail polish color of the month July
New month, new color. To make the endless color choice a bit easier for you, we tip you every month the color of the moment. In July, we all wear… pampampam: luscious lilac. There are colors that are just always good, but if you really want something different this summer, then lilac is your color. Not my personal first choice by the way, but good friends Manon de Boer and colleagues are big fans. And honestly: it looks surprisingly good. Because whether you have a light or dark skin tone, lilac it is. Subtle pastel, just a bit less frilly than pink and surprisingly chic without having to try hard. Nail artist Elle Gerstein (known for the looks of J.Lo, Blake Lively, and Angelina Jolie) calls it ‘fresh and airy’, and honestly: we can agree with that.
