Japanese cucumber salad
It's fresh, healthy, low in calories, super easy to make, and you can take it with you to the beach or park. Here we go.

Ingredients:
– Cucumber
– Rice vinegar
– Sugar
– Sesame seeds
– Soy sauce

Slice the cucumber into ultra-thin slices with a cheese slicer. Then make a vinaigrette from rice vinegar, soy sauce, some sugar, and sesame seeds. Mix your dressing through the cucumber and you're done.
