These are our favorite bronzers for summer 2025
The sun is finally showing itself a bit more often (hallelujah), but a sun-kissed skin is still a bit of a wait. And that’s because – you guessed it – of applying SPF50 one of these SPF50 on my face every day. Very good for later, a bit less fun for now. Building up pigment? That will be difficult because of that layer of protection.
Time for more bronzers
So if I look a bit pale while it’s been lovely spring weather for days and colleague Lil appears sunkissed in the office? Exactly: bronzers. And not just one – no no, all variants. Powders, liquid versions, creamy textures, even self-tan drops. My closet is overflowing. Every time something new is launched, I must and will try it. I’ve developed a slight addiction by now (and okay, that also applies to blush).
Powder or creamy bronzer
Each texture does something different for your face. For example, when I have a little less time in the morning, I use a powder bronzer – apply, blend, done. The fun thing about bronzers? They are anything but boring. You can shape, warm up, highlight – you name it. And now, you can also apply a bit extra for a little bit of that Golden Hour look that is still the most beautiful. Just double-check in daylight that you don’t turn into a human orange. Of course, the idea is that it stays natural.
