How to make a crème brûlée shot: The irresponsible sister of the Martini

It's Friday again and that means: Friday drinks it is. After the success of my personal favorite, the Crème brûlée Martini from FavorFlav, I found out that this gem also existed in the form of a shot. This Crème brûlée shot, which they already serve in some bars with a delicious crunchy sugar layer on top, is really the ultimate shot to make yourself on your Friday drinks. And believe me, this is guaranteed to be a success.

You will need:

  • Baileys Irish Cream (30 ml)
  • Licor 43 (30 ml)
  • Amaretto (10 ml)
  • Crystal sugar
  • A burner
  • Shot glasses
  • Shaker

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients, except the sugar, in the shaker for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour the mixture into your favorite shot glasses and use a teaspoon to sprinkle the sugar over each shot. Use the burner to melt the sugar and do this until it gets a light brown to golden color. The crunch of the sugar really completes this shot.

And voilà:

This way you have the tastiest and creamiest shots ever, but be careful because; this treat is addictively delicious.
