These are the participants of Love Island VIPS: Netherlands

and here you know them from

A man and a woman pose together for Love Island VIPS Netherlands in a tropical setting with palm trees and neon lighting.

We hoppen van het ene naar het andere realityprogramma, want de deelnemers van Love Island VIPS: Nederland zijn bekend. De villa kan zich alvast opmaken voor een flinke dosis drama, geflirt en natuurlijk de nodige romantiek. Onder de Spaanse zon gaan tien bekende Dutch and Flemish singles on a quest for love.

But eh, where do we know all these VIPS from again?

This is Love Island VIPS: Netherlands

After weeks of speculation, we finally know for sure. Olivia Talar, Jawahir Khalifa, Lieke Augustijn, Thira Moelants, Garbi Denteh, Jaro Frijn, Renan Hellemans, Joey Ceti, Donny Sanchez, and Mattheus Jonkheere are moving into the villa.

And we already know that villa well: luxury, palm trees, a swimming pool, and drinks. The necessary sun cannot be missing either. However, the Islanders this season are not strangers. We see familiar faces from reality, social media, entertainment, and sports.

And then you already know enough. Because put ten well-known singles together in one villa, add a few bombshells and some challenges, and you have all the ingredients for the expected drama.

Anna Nooshin is also entering the villa

Also behind the scenes, something has changed. Anna Nooshin is taking on the presentation of Love Island VIPS. And she does this together with the Flemish top athlete and media personality Ward Lemmelijn.

For Anna, the program is actually a perfect match. She has of course years of experience in lifestyle, fashion, and television and has been seen on RTL Boulevard and Holland’s Next Top Model, among others.

We know Ward mainly as a successful top athlete in rowing, but he is also no stranger to television. He has participated in programs like De Container Cup, De Verraders, De Slimste Mens ter Wereld, and Dancing with the Stars. With Love Island VIPS, he is making his presentation debut.

Olivia Talar

One of the new faces in the villa is Olivia Talar. She moves in the world of social media and entertainment and gets to search for her perfect match under the Spanish sun.

Where the OGs know her from is of course Ex on the Beach. In that season, she was mainly with Dennis. So for her, Love Island is not too far from home. With whom will she now click? And will that click remain once new singles arrive?

Jawahir Khalifa

The villa is anything but unfamiliar territory for Jawahir Khalifa. She previously participated in the international program Too Hot To Handle and Holland’s Next Top Model and was also seen in the Dutch Echte Meisjes in de Jungle.

Jawahir knows by now what it’s like to live in front of the camera. Will she actually find her great love this time? We will have to wait and see.

Lieke Augustijn

Lieke Augustijn is also making her appearance in the villa. She gets the chance under the Spanish sun to find a nice match among all the other VIP singles. She lives in Sri Lanka, so it won’t be a big adjustment for her. Where is she known from? Most people know her from her work at SLAM! FM and her participation in Lekker Lullen the Podcast.

We also know by now how it works at Love Island: a first match actually means nothing at all. Before you know it, a new single arrives and the whole villa is turned upside down again.

Thira Moelants

Next up is the Flemish Thira Moelants. She, along with a number of other Flemish participants, brings a good dose of fun from Belgium.

We mainly know Thira from social media, where she is a content creator. Previously, she was a professional dancer, so she has already gained a lot of experience in the sports world.

Garbi Denteh

The name Garbi will probably ring a bell for some Love Island fans. She was already seen in Love Island and knows villa life all too well.

In addition, she participated in the Prime Video success Beauty and the Geek. So she knows exactly how things work in reality shows and is now returning in a completely new setting. With new faces, new temptations, and of course the question: will she really go for love this time?

And then there are the men

On the men's side, the VIPs are Jaro Frijn, Renan Hellemans, Joey Ceti, Donny Sanchez, and Mattheus Jonkheere.

Jaro Frijn

We start with Jaro Frijn. Most people will know him from the world of social media and entertainment. He has gained considerable experience in front of the camera and can now bring that experience to the Love Island villa.

Renan Hellemans

Next, we have the Flemish Renan Hellemans. Like Olivia, we already know Renan from another dating success (just kidding) from Ex on the Beach.

Renan is mainly known as a content creator and influencer and has thus gained considerable experience with social media. Now he gets to exchange that online world for a villa full of singles. And of course, the big question arises: who will capture his attention?

Joey Ceti

Another Ex on the Beach participant (it doesn’t stop): Joey Ceti is in the mix. His name has been circulating for a while as a possible participant, but now we know for sure: he is moving into the villa.

Joey is known from the world of social media and entertainment and now gets the chance to add a hefty dose of reality to that. He even made the news a while ago with something more controversial; he was arrested at his home in Veldhoven. The motive of the police remained unclear at that time. But still, you’ve probably seen his name come up before.

Donny Sanchez

And then there’s Donny Sanchez. He is also part of the group of men looking for a nice match under the Spanish sun. He is mainly known for his participation in the reality program Love Island Netherlands & Belgium in 2021. So he is diving back into the (already familiar for him) villa.

Mattheus Jonkheere

Last but not least, we have Mattheus Jonkheere. He is a content creator, influencer, and has participated in various Flemish and Dutch reality shows, such as Million Dollar Island and Big Brother.

You might also know him from his previous relationship with Deborah Vanlingen, who herself participated in Ex on the Beach: All Stars.

€30,000 and maybe love

As if a new relationship isn't enough motivation, there's also a nice amount to be won. The winning couple has a chance to win no less than €30,000.

And there's something new. The regular ‘superfans’ will have an influence on what happens in the villa this season. They can help influence the course of the program.

And yes, then it gets interesting. Because you not only have to pay attention to who you flirt with, but apparently also take into account the people watching from home.

When does Love Island VIPS start?

Fortunately, we don't have to wait endlessly. Love Island VIPS: Netherlands starts on Monday, October 19, 2026, on Videoland. After that, four episodes will be released each week, from Monday to Thursday.

From October 26, the program will also be broadcast every Monday to Thursday at 8:25 PM on NET5.
