How do those celebrities do it

This might be a post you've read before, but admit it, we can't get enough of finding out how celebrities achieve their killer body What kind of training do they do, what do they eat, what do they drink, what time do they go to bed, what do they put on their face, in short: how the f*ck do they get such a body? I called a few of my girlfriends.

Do you remember that butt? That butt that pretty much overshadowed the entire wedding? And rightly so. Fortunately, she is not blessed with such a body (that would be really unfair), but she has to work incredibly hard for it. For example, a few years ago she participated in a triathlon, and that's no small feat. She has an incredibly good condition, as she runs at least 10 kilometers weekly. Additionally, she prefers to start her day with a session of Pilates, as it keeps her stress-free all day long and Pilates is great for your curves.

 Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie swears by vinyasa yoga. A slightly more powerful version than a regular class. I believe there isn't a day that goes by without her doing a sun salutation. For the rest, she always sticks to James Duigan’s Clean & Lean diet. This means that everything she eats is organic and super fresh, and sugars are not included. She prefers to start her day with a smoothie made of fruit, coconut water, and almond butter.

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake

These lovebirds often go for a jogging round or take a walk hand in hand (grrrr) with their little dog Tina. J & J can also regularly be found in a yoga class. Yep, Justin too. “For us, getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol is the secret. It’s boring, we know that, but it works.” Okeeeeej………

Lately, she has put her intense training on the back burner a bit, and immediately the newspapers are full of rumors that she is pregnant. She finds this quite annoying. I can imagine this. When she was still hitting the gym daily, Mandy was the most important person in her life. She is the yoga guru who helps everyone achieve a killer body. It’s not about the normal slow exercises, but about exercises with a bit more power. Mandy has also released a lot of fitness DVDs, so you could also get started with her.
