Five beauty tips that save time
The fact that supermodels always look good is undeniable. That we might wake up a little less flawless too. After a weekend Amsterdam Dance Event or a bottle of rosé in the autumn sun Monday mornings can be a bit tough. To walk out the door tomorrow morning looking like a model, meaning: virtually nothing on the face, is quite achievable. You just need to listen to me carefully.
1. Primer and CC cream
Use a good primer and CC cream. For both your face and your eyes. A primer evens out the face. Spots, imperfections, and dull colors disappear, and the CC cream corrects the color further. The primer keeps everything in place, and the CC cream gives a healthy glow without being too noticeable.
2. Cream blush
Models are always in a hurry. So are we. The advantage; you get a healthy flush on your cheeks. Always that healthy flush, then just use a pot. A cream blush gives the most natural result because it blends beautifully with the skin and lasts a long time. Just blend it well, because you don’t want doll-like cheeks.
3. Healthy Waves
Having a bad hair day? Then I refer you to these tips. A little bit of time, then go for the easy blow-out. Wash your hair in the evening and go to sleep with wet hair. You often get a natural wave that way. In the morning, use some dust powder to boost the volume and with a prep spray, you work through your hair. It looks like you’ve spent hours with your curling set, but you’ve naturally brushed it out. And that’s just from a night’s sleep.
4. Fix-Spray
With a water spray, you fix everything. Your hair, your makeup, everything. Your face gets a good hydration boost, compensating for everything you missed over the weekend, and your makeup stays in place all day. Nice.
5. Nail polish
The ritual of filing-polishing-drying-polishing-drying-filing takes some time. So you just save this time-consuming task for the office. At least, in our office, it’s allowed to start the day with that; otherwise, you’ll have to wake up a few minutes earlier. Polished nails look very well-groomed and make it seem like you really had the time over the weekend.
