Miranda Kerr's favourite healthy apps
Miranda Kerr is no Angel more. Look, I wasn't there, but it seems she had too much ego behind the scenes and was unruly. She herself says she wanted more time to focus on other projects. Well, who are we to believe. Not that Miranda is now on her petite derrière because there is no Vogue or Elle she is not in, and recently she also started singing a tune with Bobby Fox. And it sounds pretty good, too. Just listen here.
Previously, I shared here with you one of her favourite smoothies. She works out hard, eats super healthy and leads a very structured life to look like a top model. She does have her aids for that, though, namely these apps:
Chemeleon
This is a very useful app that lets you see if there are crazy E-numbers in a product. Or an explanation of designations on packaging you don't understand. Miranda will never eat E-numbers, you understand.
Heal your body A-Z
No need to immediately reach for the paracetamol or immediately crawl under the wool if you have a bit of a headache. This app gives you handy tips on how to get rid of ailments quickly in a natural way.
Green kitchen
Also a favourite of mine. Dozens of vegetarian recipes where you never have to worry about eating too much. They are low in sugars and gluten and the recipes are explained very simply and sometimes with a video.
Squats 0-100: Legs & Butt Workout Exercises Pro
As tight legs and buttocks as Miranda? With this app might succeed in 10 weeks. For 1 euro, you have a kind of personal trainer. Have to do it well every day though lol.
Moves
This app tracks exactly how much you move in a day. You can also set goals for yourself, so that keeps you on your toes.
Gratitude Journal
I have to laugh a little bit at this. But this app Keep a daily record of what you are grateful for. Haha. Thanks Miranda. I needed that one.
