Bananas. In the past, no banana ever came into my house. I thought you would get really fat from them (I was a teenager and I only looked at pictures of models who didn't eat bananas). Now I know better; in fact, I eat a few per week. Delicious in my smoothie or yogurt. Call Doutzen and for sure she has those yellow things in her fruit bowl too.
