EXERCISES YOU CAN DO AT WORK
I am a huge fan of the 7 minutes work-out app. Especially when you have a busy day and not much time to exercise, it still gives you the feeling that you've done something. And especially if you do it twice in a row. Come on, 14 minutes of your day, that's not too bad, right? You really don't have to bike all the way to the gym to think that you've really been able to move. Even at work, there are so many exercises to do to work a bit on your body. Here with a ball it went really well too. Look, I know that you really have to exercise a lot (and differently) and follow a strict diet to become a Candice Swanepoel, but these exercises at least help you feel good in your skin and get you out of that 4 o'clock afternoon slump . Be a little creative at the office and you'll have your own mini-gym in no time. What your colleagues think about it is secondary. Here at Amayzine, they fortunately don't look at me anymore.
just sitting comfortably
Grab your laptop and try to sit against the wall for a few minutes. Your legs at a 90-degree angle. I think it's impressive if you can hold this for 5 minutes, I must honestly admit. But... tight legs and buttocks are in the making.
MILK AND MUSCLES
Craving a latte macchiato? We have those one-and-a-half-liter packs of milk in the fridge. Take a large (full) pack in both hands and lift it up for a while. You can also use large water bottles or something else reasonably heavy for this.
Thanks to the chair
On an office chair, this is a bit dangerous, but with one without wheels, you can easily train your triceps. Just move your butt forward and then lower it to the ground. Keep your hands flat on the chair in the meantime. Your legs should also be at a 90-degree angle here.
SQUAT YOURSELF SILLY
Imagine you're pouring a cup of tea or waiting at the copier, just stay in the squat position until you're done.
THE STAIRS WILL BECOME YOUR FAVORITE
Use a step for steps, up with your right knee to your chest and then your left knee to your chest. You know how it goes.
Or press yourself against a step. The lower the step, the harder it gets.
