IN FIVE HOURS, THE FINAL OF HOLLAND'S NEXT TOP MODEL BEGINS

October 26. That day has been thickly underlined in my agenda for half a year. I keep the whole day free because the final of Holland's Next Top Model takes place on that day. And that day is, indeed, today.

Everything is arranged. The bags for the goodie bags for the party (which we are supplying) were neatly delivered to Endemol on Friday. Leco, who just returned from vacation last night, is making his chair available to revive the blonde in me. Last week I discussed the entire program with editor Riena from cold open to credits and there are four covers ready for our winter issue of Amazyine.com.

Net-A-Porter boxes were going in and out, I scoured the PC, looked in the archives of Vanessa Bruno and asked Jet to keep an eye on The Outnet. Result: nothing. Fortunately, there is a solution for every problem, so I called Anouk van Griensven, one of the best stylists in the country. “I'll order something for you, May, no worries.”

Together we looked at the available collections from Blugirl, Blumarine, Pucci, and Sportmax. That was on Monday.
