That I am not a kitchen princess you all know. Occasionally, I have an enormous urge to tidy up (you know that too), but generally speaking, I am not really the ideal housewife.
The most maddening household task I find doing the laundry. Look, putting things in the drum is fine, but having to take everything out again is something I can't even describe as a horror. You should know, I don't have a dryer, so every item has to be carefully hung on a rack because the neater you hang it, the less you have to iron it. Oh, and I also don't have an ironing board. I do have an iron, by the way, but no board. And I find that the most annoying task ever, so much so that I often deliberately forget to take the laundry out, which means I sometimes have to do the same load three times. “Lies, where are you going with this story” I hear you think, and don't worry, my point is coming now.
Because, drumroll, Japanese scientists have created a robot that washes, dries, folds, and sorts clothes. HALLELUJAH! The robot washes everything that is dirty, folds it, and ensures it goes on the right shelf in the closet. It is still an experimental device, and no sale date or price is known yet. But I can tell you one thing: as soon as this thing ever hits the market, I will buy one. Or better; I will propose to it, because you will never find a better partner than this.
