Yess people you know you know, I can appreciate a little villa here and there. My dream of unrealistically large living is bigger than all those houses I want to live in combined, and well, I'll just leave it at that. Funda remains my dearest hobby and dreaming has never made anyone worse off. Look, the thing is, you buy a house with a mortgage. You borrow money from the bank based on your salary and any savings. You really don't need to have tons and tons of money to buy a nice starter home, so that dream house is much closer than many people think. I will always recommend buying, you prefer to pay a monthly amount to yourself rather than to a grumpy landlord?
