5 REASONS TO EAT CARBOHYDRATES ‘WITH PLEASURE’
Are carbohydrates synonymous with hell and damnation? No way, kid, are you crazy? Most fit girls unjustly put carbohydrates in the ban corner and go completely overboard. “What? A brown sandwich with cheese, have you completely lost your mind or something?” Yes, I guess I have. Because I am in love with bread. And cheese.
And now I'm going to tell you why you absolutely don't need to feel guilty if you enjoy eating that too:

I did a diet for ten weeks (check the result here) and can tell you that your bowel movements get, uh, quite confused from that. With pills, I had to help things get ‘going’ again. Damn, long live normal pooping.
