Happy & Healthy
Kiki's diet diary: “I will never become a fit girl.”
And you know what? That might actually be a good thing. Because I am a happy girl, and that includes a white bun with Nutella every now and then. Period.
Saying goodbye to this column almost hurts my scale. But hey, I have kept track for ten weeks of what it was like to diet with NewFysic and I am just satisfied with my body now, yay. And okay – I miss peanut butter like crazy.
There were ups in my Bridget Jones struggle where the pounds flew off (just here and here read for a moment), of course there were also downs where I totally couldn't see it anymore, but all in all I also think you shouldn't deny yourself various things for too long. Nobody gets happy from that. And hello, I have lost a total of four kilos of fat, which I really start to notice in my clothes. Now just keep it off, that will be the big challenge. "Honestly, I have improved my life".
“Those extra two kilos that I actually still wanted to lose, I will do on my own strength, without dietary supplements and”
apple days. This time armed with a new eating pattern (oh, hello vegetables, I didn't know you could be tasty, shame on me…) and a sports session, about two to three times a week. Because honestly, I have improved my life. My lazy couch potato sessions are not a thing of the past, but they are now alternated with sports. And that while I haven't done a thing since my last hockey match (when I was fifteen). I consider it a victory.. Scale, may you do well, my friend. I will no longer look at you with disgust and let you gather dust in the cupboard, but I might skip my weekly date with you here and there, okay?.
So, now let's have a sandwich with
spreading. peanut butter And you know what? That might actually be a good thing. Because I am a happy girl, and that includes a white bun with Nutella every now and then. Period...
