5 REASONS WHY THIS SCENT IS YOUR NEW SUMMER ADDICTION
Because this helps you through the dreary days
Making small talk with a colleague you barely know or a vague acquaintance you run into on the street: I almost certainly know that the conversation will be about the weather and not about the dramatic morning you experienced on the schoolyard, an addiction that you just can't shake off or that romantic night. Well, I'm going to change that. If you have this scent around you, you immediately forget the sun (or the drop of rain) and it's Omnia that you can babble about for hours. The most delicious scent that after just one spray, or a sniff on someone else, you become completely addicted to. And so it can happen that an addiction suddenly becomes the talk of the day. And that you drag everyone into it. Oh well, it doesn't matter, this addiction is so incredibly approved.
1. The scent
Let's start with the greatest good that this addiction brings. The scent. You first smell a bit of citrus (so fresh) and a nice orange with a hint of passion fruit – the sister of the passion fruit (a touch of warmth). But a minute later, it really begins. The sun is conjured up by the gardenia and the extremely exotic floral notes of the passion flower also emerge. This makes the scent very summery and thus even warmer. Powdery fine. An extension of the sun and summer, that's how you could describe this scent.
2. Jewel
The Omnia collection already consists of quite a few jewel scents. The Omnia Crystalline, the Omnia Amethyste, Omnia Coral, and the Omnia Indian Garnet. Now the Omnia Paraiba joins. Each scent is inspired by a gemstone, because yes, that's what we expect from Bvlgari. The bar was set very high after all those previous favorites, but the Paraiba tourmaline, a rare blue-green gemstone from Brazil, has surpassed that bar by a long shot.
”Close your eyes and you know where you are. This way, you are actually on vacation all year round”
3. Trip to Brazil
Close your eyes with this scent and you feel like you're in Brazil. Not so strange, because perfumer Alberto Morillas traveled there specifically for this scent. The special gemstone comes from there, so he had to travel there to get the necessary inspiration. Alberto, then. He kept his nose above the sea to sniff a good breeze, smelled the beach, and walked in the jungle to take in the scent there as well. These three delights became the starting point. That Alberto Morillas can conjure with these kinds of atmospheres has already been proven, because he is also the nose behind all the other Omnia scents and of BLV. So he knows where to draw his inspiration from. Close your eyes and you know where you are. This way, you are actually on vacation all year round.
4. The bottle
If you are a fan of Bvlgari scents, you also know what shape they have. They always have a characteristic of the jewel in the bottle. The Omnia scents always have the same recognizable shape of two half circles intertwined as a reference to the jewelry house. This time the bottle has an azure blue color. The color comes from the Paraiba tourmaline. When it was discovered in 1987 in the northwest of Brazil, people thought the color was manipulated. But no, it was really a mix of lagoon blue, aquamarine, and turquoise. So that color is no coincidence.
5. Injecting the addiction
A trip to Brazil, a few jewels, and picking oranges in Curaçao is still something more precious than this bottle. Then you always have summer with you, but you also have some money left to occasionally really sniff that sun. Because I understand that the latter is an addiction that you occasionally need to give a shot.
