THE BOYFRIENDS FROM SEX and THE CITY

Where are they now?

Hello hello Sex and the City fans attention! Rumor has it that a spin-off is coming. And no, not again The Carrie Diaries. What a joke that was. What's up? Well, the always horny Samantha (Kim Cattrall for those in the know) posted the following tweet this week: ‘I’m so unbelievably flattered & moved. Can’t WAIT 2 get back 2 the serious business of making u all laugh. Fingers x’d.’ Uhm hey girl, does this mean what I think it means? Is the wild sex life of eternal singleton Samantha Jones coming back to our screens?

Together, the ladies have serviced over 100 men in six seasons. Impressive. But do you ever wonder whatever happened to them and what they look like these days? Google to the rescue.

Steve Brady

Don't hate me, but I always found Steve to be the dullest boyfriend of the SATC ladies. But really, you think: no, I wouldn't want to do it with him. But oh well, tastes differ and after an on-again-off-again relationship with Miranda, they got married and had baby Brady. Have you always had a crush on David Eigenberg? You can still enjoy him in the series ‘Chicago Fire’.

Smith Jerrod

The hottest boyfriend ever in the entire series. For him, I would even lie naked on a table covered with sushi. But uhm, where can we find him these days? Actor Jason Lewis is still very much single with a minor role in series like ‘How I Met Your Mother’ and ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’.

Harry Goldenblatt

From divorce lawyer to Charlotte's great love. Well, he's no Smith Jerrod, but it's a classic case of never judge a book by its cover, because Harry and Char were also incredibly #couplegoals. After Sex and the City, Evan Handler was praised for his role as Charlie Runkle in ‘Californication’ and last year he was seen in the Emmy Award-winning ‘The People v. O.J. Simpson’.

Mr. Big

‘Ever thine, ever mine, ever ours.’ Sigh. Well, it's stolen from Ludwig van Beethoven, but I forgive him. Mr. Big and Carrie, perhaps the most complicated relationship on TV ever, but still oh so romantic. Christopher Noth is now 61 years young, has a head full of more than fifty shades of grey, and is seen in among others ‘Law & Order’ and ‘The Good Wife’.

Trey MacDougal

The most sexless of the bunch. In every sense of the word. I assume his real life is going a lot better, as he has been happily married since 2002. You can admire him alongside Mr. Big in ‘The Good Wife’ and there are rumors that he will reprise his old role of Dale Cooper for a new season of ‘Twin Peaks’.

Vaughn Wysel

The name might not ring a bell quickly, but you have to go back to season two, episode fifteen, where Justin Theroux played a fling of Carrie. His problem? Do you remember the song ‘One Minute Man’ by Missy Elliott? Well, that. But hey, everything is going great with Justin, you know. Married to Jennifer Aniston and raked in a ton of money with ‘Girl on a Train’.

Aleksandr Petrovsky

Am I the only one who didn't quite understand this choice of Carrie? He had a nice loft, yes, and of course, he's romantic too. I mean, dancing at Lincoln Center in the middle of the night definitely has something magical. But I was so happy when Carrie chose Big after all. Mikhail Baryshnikov was originally just a ballet dancer, but still works in the dance world, is married to ballerina Lisa Rinehart, and is a father of four.

Aidan Shaw

Ahh yes, Aidan, he also popped up in the second Sex and the City movie and made Carrie get a slap on the wrist from hubby Big (and rightly so), because fooling around with someone else while you're married is a no-go. We saw actor John Corbett among others in the ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’ series and currently he plays the role of Flash in ‘Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll’. I didn't know that either, no.

Jack Berger

‘I’m sorry. I can’t. Don’t hate me.’ The post-it break up, how can we forget? It can't get much more painful. And secretly, you don't wish the actor success after such a stupid action. But after SATC, Ron Livingston landed a role in the hit Boardwalk Empire and has just finished 3 films that will be in theaters sometime in the new year.

Are we all going to binge SATC again? I'm looking forward to it.
