YOU WANT THIS HAIRDRYER
As you may have read you may have heard from Kiki before, I'm not averse to the compliment quarter for your neighbor at Amayzine. Because to keep nagging about it (nagging is after all good for you): YES, I think it would be amazing to have your hair, Daan. And NO, you definitely don't want my hair. Okay, all jokes aside. My hair is actually fine, just sometimes a bit boring. And of course, I occasionally play around with my curling or straightening iron, but I do start to miss that real wow factor in my hairstyle during the holidays.
And of course, you can run to the hairdresser, or look sweetly at that one friend-who-is-so-good-with-hair, but you'd rather create that wow factor yourself, right? And rampampampam, you probably see it coming: that is possible. Without complicated fuss, just, well, we are talking about the Hermès of hairdryers, yes: the Dyson Supersonic™. Oh dear people, this video is the proof.
“My hair is actually fine, just sometimes a bit boring.”
Berni Ottjes created this edgy, glamorous look (perfect for the holidays) with lots of curls and volume for me. Really, I had a mane in no time that I didn't even know I had on my head. Maybe I'll skip the compliment quarter tomorrow and secretly be quite happy with my hair thanks to the Dyson Supersonic™ by my side.
If you want to try it yourself, here's how to achieve my look:
– Prep the hair with a strengthening product so that the curls hold better.
– Curl the hair. This can be done very easily with a round brush and the Dyson Supersonic™. If you want more dramatic curls, you can also use a curling iron.
– Then, with a fine brush, blow-dry the hair into shape. Blow-dry in the direction of the curls.
– After that, go through the hair with your fingers to make it a bit more playful. Finish with a serum and hairspray.
