VICTORIA’S SECRET WORKOUT
You surely didn't think you only had to check off that list to get such a killer body, did you?. Unfortunately, girlfriend, because then there would be a lot more wannabe angels appearing at the annual VS casting. You wanna shine like an angel, you gotta work like an angel.
And I'm not talking about the seven minute workout that we squeeze out next to our bed in the morning. If you really want to hand out those kisses on the runway, then you ’just‘ train twice a day. And every angel does that in her own way. The beautiful Brazilian Adriana loves to let loose on the punching bag or with a jump rope. Alessandra Ambrosio practices the martial art capoeira. And Candice? She can't choose: she loves to dance the calories away with an hour of zumba or a pilates class.
And those real killer abs? The ladies owe them to personal trainer Heather Dorak (also known from LA’s most famous pilates studio).

With a total body workout of just twenty minutes, you train your entire body without having to leave the house. Burning calories and building muscles at the same time, that's what you want. And I don't know about you, but on a day like today, I'm very happy about that. Because wow, it's cold,. Crying.
You only need a mat, your tablet or laptop, and a bit of space. Okay, a nice tune in the background always helps a bit too.
So when you walk into your house feeling cold after work, this is the perfect way to warm up your body. And then you can cozy up on the couch with your plate of greens.
