Wait a few hours, or even a few days to respond

If he texts you a sweet message, don’t respond right away. Just keep doing what you were doing. Or go on vacation. Date someone else, maybe even get married. The key here is to make sure that he keeps waiting.

Call him regularly after three o'clock at night

Every time you end up in the city with your girlfriends, you text and call him to ask what he’s doing. Or just show up unannounced at his door.

Schedule a date, but then never contact him again

What you do is: you plan an evening to have a nice drink with him, you let him know often that you’re really looking forward to it, and then you never contact him again. So if he texts you to confirm your date, poof, you disappear into thin air.

The Uber is already waiting outside right after sex

Just finished burning calories in bed? Grab your phone and order that Uber for him because you have such a busy day tomorrow and you really need your sleep. Oh, and make sure to say one of these things after sex. Also a great one.

Make sure he can’t get a hold of you

How to best approach this? You send him a sweet message every morning for a week, you let him know that you really like him, hold his hand when you’re in public, give him all the signals that you’re practically a couple, and then suddenly you ignore everything he sends you. In other words: ghosting. Who said only men were good at this?

After he has expressed his feelings for you, tell him that you don’t want a relationship

So he just declared his love for you. Nice for him, but also let him know that you’re not looking for something serious.

Don’t agree with him on something? Let him know he’s crazy

Don’t listen to what he has to say. Don’t let him explain his point of view. Even if you might be the one in the wrong, make sure to let him know that he’s the crazy one.
