Blush on the cheeks, it remains tricky, because either you walk around like a clown with a much too intense and exaggerated color on your cheeks, or you have the wrong brush which makes it sit everywhere and you get told that you might want to take a quick look in the mirror. Awkward. Especially when you've been walking around like that for half a day. But we don't want to be without blush, because it gives you that little extra glow that brightens up your dull complexion, especially in the winter months.
A tip from Victoria Baron, makeup artist at Chanel, is to avoid a damp skin, because this is exactly why the blush doesn't go on evenly on your face. And when applying it, choose either fingertips (because the warmth from there makes it look its best) or go for a kabuki brush which gives you more control over applying the color.
