We do it all over the world in all sorts of creative ways. But not all sexual adventures are allowed in every country.

So remained so ordinary

In certain countries or cities, some pretty crazy laws have been established. We’ve listed 8 striking ones for you. If only to appreciate the Netherlands just that little bit more. Because how wonderfully normal we are here. Phew.

1. London. Really close to us, but they have a strange rule here. You are not allowed to have sex on a motorcycle.
2. In the American state of Alabama, it is illegal to have sex toys. In the state of Arizona, you may own two and no more.
3. In China, it is not allowed for a woman to walk naked through a hotel room. In the bathroom, however, you are allowed to be naked. Yay.
4. In the town of Halethorpe in Maryland, you may kiss for a maximum of one minute with your lovely man in public. Tick, tock. Or if you want to check your watch then, you know, occasionally, while you are wrestling with each other.
5. In American Wisconsin, you cannot fire your gun at the moment a woman orgasms. Uh, crazy Americans.
6. On Guam, an island near the Philippines, you cannot marry if you are a virgin. That’s why many women are looking for a man who wants to take care of that. Dating 2.0, you could say.
7. In Cali, Colombia, you may only have sex with the person you are married to. Okay, that sounds normal. But… Keep in mind: you may go to bed with your partner for the first time while your mother watches. Who. Comes. Up. With. This.
8. In Ames (a small place in American Iowa), men may not drink more than three sips of beer when they are in bed with a woman . Cheers.
