Soon to be the bride?
5x this is what you learn from Pippa Middleton
Saturday is the day. Then Pippa Middleton (you know, the one with the most beautiful butt and also the sister of princess Kate) will marry her stockbroker and hotel heir (read: $$$) Matthew James. It is, after the wedding of prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the most followed wedding, so there is no detail that the hungry press has overlooked. I have something with Pippa (not all positive by the way, read here but) and I follow her on the pump. With pleasure and a slight amazement here and there, I share her wedding preparations with you. Maybe you'll learn something from it, maybe not.
1. The funnel
Pippa booked a 3 months bridal package at a luxury health club in Belgravia, one of the chicest neighborhoods in London. This ‘wedding funnel’ gets you completely ready for the big day and includes, among other things, a personal trainer (Pippa trains five times a week), healthy meals (delivered deliciously at home), ‘leg toning treatments’ and a weekly facial.
2. The diet
Pippa has not been spotted near a glass of wine for months. Furthermore, she is fully committed to the Sirtfood diet. One of the fans of this diet is Adele. Seems to me a reason to skip this weight loss plan just before your big day, but Pippa skips the red wine and chocolate that you are allowed to have on this diet and fully focuses on apples, celery, capers, red onion, blueberries, strawberries, green tea, and cauliflower.
3. The invitations
If you are a well-mannered English girl, you think about the invitation. And about the paper and the print. In London, they love stationery, so Pippa chose Mount Street Printers which you can find in the Westminster district. Estimated costs are a hefty 5000 pounds, that much is true.
4. Two outfits
If you want things to get a little loose after the ceremony (which is always a bit stiffer), you can ask your guests to change outfits. Pippa has asked her guests for a second outfit.
5. No ring, no bring
That seems to be Pippa's policy. You may only be on the guest list if you are a serious partner of her friend/boyfriend/acquaintance. It seems that Meghan Markle is now also allowed to come to the holy of holies. And whether this is a nice lesson, I wonder, but I share it with you.
