The NYC guide

For years, I had no idea what New York was like. Yes, from the movies of course, but not how it really really was. Until my mother and I decided it was time to check something off our bucket list together, and so we flew over there last May (you can check how it all went down by the way here, here and here. And oh god yes, there was also a vlog of our little adventures). Conclusion? New York was everything I expected and more. Is The Big Apple also on your list? Then I have found a perfect fashion bible for you. It's a shame they didn't release the book ‘New York – Hotspots for fashion lovers’ by fashion illustrator Megan Hess a bit earlier, because man, EVERYTHING you want to know about the city is in there. What to see/do during a first visit to the concrete jungle, where to shop best, where to sleep, eat, where the wine tastes best, where to find the hottest Insta spots, everything about New York Fashion Week, the Met Gala; you name it. With such bizarrely cool illustrations by Megan that you'll want to catch the next flight immediately. If Blair Waldorf really existed, this would be her favorite bible. Just so you know.
