These are the highest paid beauty influencers in the world
Earning millions from the bedroom? They sure do
Wouldn't it be cool if something like a time machine existed? That you could just – whuuuup – go back in time, then discover for yourself that YouTube became the new TV and then start your own channel? Because honestly: the vloggers, online entrepreneurs, influencers, or whatever you want to call them have it all figured out in 2017 with their self-created jobs.
For the first time, Forbes has released a list of the most influential beauty faces in the world. Girls who have felt from a young age that YouTube it was going to happen, made tutorials, blew up the web, and are now in it for life. May I introduce you to the five biggest beauty girls in the world?
1. Zoe Sugg (England)
The British Zoe started as a teenager uploading beauty purchases on her YouTube channel and is now the highest earning beauty vlogger with 11.6 million (!) subscribers. Good lordie. The sales of the book ‘Girl Online’ went through the roof and then the clever girl released two more books.
2. Michelle Phan (America)
From vlogger to businesswoman. Michelle's first video was posted online about ten years ago and she already had a goal in mind: to make a lot of money. Now she has her own makeup brand EM Cosmetics and is the co-founder of Ipsy, a beauty company that was worth about 500 million in 2015.
3. Huda Kattan (Dubai)
Huda was still working in the financial business seven years ago, but decided to dive headfirst into the world of beauty products overnight. Today, she runs a large beauty empire with her two sisters, featuring lipsticks and false eyelashes that Kim Kardashian fans love.
4. Nikkie de Jager (Netherlands)
‘Our’ Brabantian Nikkie is conquering the world with her YouTube channel Nikkie Tutorials and that's actually pretty cool. Nikkie has over 6 million subscribers on YouTube and if even Rihanna uses your photos for her Twitter header, then you're doing something right, I think. You go, gurlll.
5. Shannon Harris (New Zealand)
She has her own cosmetics line with eyelashes and brushes and regularly collaborates with big names like Clinique and Smashbox Cosmetics. Initially, Shannon started making videos because it was hardly done in New Zealand and you can see: that has paid off. Almost three million subscribers clean on the hook.
