Soon you will fit into your wedding dress
You wedding date (holiday with your love or that most fun planned party of the year) is now really in sight. And I can imagine that you want to do everything to look perfect on the big day. If that little belly can be just a bit flatter and you want to lose that one kilo, then these simple tips will help. And it doesn't involve any gym effort...
1. Skip Carbs
A week without carbohydrates is quite doable, and I'm not talking about a piece of fruit but that delicious plate of pasta, fries, or rice dish you can easily skip. Start your day with a nice omelet and a large glass of green tea. Bring a piece of fruit and a well-filled salad to work, so you're well-prepared and not tempted by croquette sandwiches and winking candy machines. In the evening, choose grilled vegetables and a piece of chicken or fish – and possibly a bowl of low-fat yogurt afterwards.
2. Burn baby burn
Pineapple, artichoke, and a teaspoon of mustard with your meal promote faster fat burning.
3. No. Alcohol.
Says enough.
4. Stay hydrated
Make sure you drink enough water to get rid of waste. But also a glass of hot water with a piece of ginger and lemon or a splash of apple cider vinegar helps in eliminating waste and stimulates fat burning.
5. Walking
Good for digestion and it gives you beautiful slim legs. So this week, leave your car at home and put away your public transport card, because from now on we will do everything on foot. Move your coffee date to a large park or beach nearby and make your catch-up moment with your friend a lot more active. Exercising has never been so easy.

6. Book a sauna
Sweating in the sauna helps me get rid of moisture. Besides the fact that you burn those calories while sweating, it also cleans your skin and ensures that you sleep like a baby tonight.
7. Skip that snack
You know how it goes, so leave that little corner of chocolate alone. Before you know it, that one piece becomes half the bar. If you really can't do without a snack on the couch in the evening, take a handful (yes, a handful) of unsalted, unroasted nuts. And no, they are not nearly as tasty as a handful of greasy, salty peanuts or even better: warm, sugared peanuts, but you know why you're doing it.
8. Keep it mild
Hooked on the Thai at the corner or that container of Tjap Tjoj from the takeout Chinese? Better skip that for now. Often, a lot of MSG (MSN or Ve Tsin) is used in these dishes. You might not taste it, but your stomach will be anything but happy. This flavor enhancer causes you to retain a lot of moisture, making your belly look four months pregnant. Not so handy.
9. Gymtime
If you can't miss the gym, go for an easy workout (a yoga class or a round of light weights). Because the last thing you can afford is muscle pain when you have to step into your white dress.
10. Planking
Plan a minute (or two) of planking every evening before you go to sleep. With this exercise, you work your entire body in a short time. Now that's multitasking.
