SNCKBR goes vegan! The fast food chain SNCKBR from Amsterdam and Eindhoven is expanding to the middle of the country. In April, the new location in Utrecht will open and it will be 100% vegan. And it won't be a silly little restaurant. The healthy snack bar will be the largest vegan heaven in Europe with no less than 110 seats.

No more waiting in line for your cauliflower pizza, vegan steak tartare, or sweet potato fries with vegan mayo, how nice is that? And if you are not yet familiar with the chain; expect no plastic containers of fries at SNCKBR, only greasy snacks and cans of cola. The dishes are actually moderate in fat, free from e-numbers and refined sugars, and gluten-free where possible. My heart is racing just thinking about it. Look, get the guest bed ready. Vegan steak tartare, that's written all over you. We will snack!
