Nice place just 15 minutes from Amsterdam

I am looking for a house. Yes, again yes. It doesn't have to be right away, but maybe in a few months and first a visit to the mortgage advisor because we are going to buy. A houseboat would be awesome or maybe something by the water or actually just a house that is different from the others. I love different houses.

Now I got the ideal tip from colleague Daan; a place in Weesp, a mere 900k dropped in price, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Amsterdam, perfect for me of course. And just slightly above budget, as it is now available for 3,425,000 euros. If you say it quickly, then it’s nothing. What do you get for that? A barn from the year 1784 with an impressive 515 square meters, on a plot of a whopping 5715 square meters. So you can just run a lap on your own land, ideal. Or splash in that detached bath or watch the sun go down through those endlessly high windows or stoke the fire in one of your five fireplaces or open a bottle of wine in your wine cellar. I am already speaking in the you-form, because my bank just gave me a one-way ticket to the clinic to have myself checked. It was worth a try, just like with the two most expensive houses in the Netherlands.
