Stealthing is scary and bizarre

We live in a strange world. A world where very vague and even scary sexual things pop up.

We're not talking about crazy positions or striking penis poses. No. Now ‘stealthing’ is something real, so to speak. And all singles among us: pay close attention. Because that's exactly what you need to watch out for. It actually means that a man quickly removes the condom during sex, while the woman is unaware of it. Moreover, she assumes she is having safe sex. But there is clearly a chance that she becomes pregnant and that she gets an STI.

According to experts, this whole sneaky business regarding condoms is even a form of sexual violence and is taken very seriously. Because what you agree upon together in good consultation, that you want safe sex sex and otherwise not, is not being adhered to by one of the two. Often the condom is already gone before penetration occurs, in other cases the man quickly removes the condom just before he ejaculates. Women who have experienced it say they are not only afraid of pregnancies and STIs, but they are especially upset about the fact that they had no control over their own bodies. That someone else could take advantage of them while they were unaware. Brrrr. It could happen to you.

That is why measures are already being taken worldwide. For example, in Switzerland, it is already prohibited for a man to remove the condom without his sexual partner knowing. He is even guilty of rape. The bizarre thing is that ’stealthing’ is consciously justified by men. They claim that this happens a bit out of ‘natural male instinct’ and that it is their ‘right’ to dispose of their semen wherever they want. They do not rape their partner, because it is certain that they both want sex. They just secretly deal with the condom and actually see no problem with it. They think no one should complain about it. Yes, really. We're not making this up.

‘Stealthing’ has actually existed longer, but what is new now is that it is being encouraged online by various men. There are actual websites where men give each other how-to tips. So how to best sneakily hide your condom, so to speak. Incredible. And really something to watch out for as a single woman, let that be clear. Because there is only one person in charge of your body, and that is you.
